How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the emailed link to set a new one.
How do subscriptions and the free trial work?
New accounts include a free trial. After it ends, an active plan is required to keep using premium features. You can manage or cancel your plan any time from your account's billing settings.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped to your account, and payment card details are handled by our payment processor — never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Which devices are supported?
NorthWood One runs on iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets, as well as any modern web browser.
Manage or delete your account
You are in control of your data. To request deletion of your NorthWood One account and the personal data associated with it, email support@northwoodone.com from your account email address with the subject “Account deletion request.”
- What gets deleted: your profile, projects, estimates, daily logs, uploaded documents and photos, and other personal data tied to your account.
- What may be retained: limited records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction/tax records), retained only as long as the law requires and then deleted or de-identified.
- Timeline: we confirm receipt promptly and complete verified deletions within 30 days.
